Sales Confirmation Information:

Thank you for your business. Your sales confirmation receipt will come directly from PayPal. The name on your sales receipt will say from: Star-Essence Temple which is the owner of the University of Living Light website.

Shipping:

Most products within the University of Living Light are services rather than products. In that case there is no shipping. If shipping is required, the following terms apply. All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 2 business days. Once shipped, we are not responsible for service transit time.

U.S. Shipping:

We ship USPS Media Mail as Standard Shipping within the 48 States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories are shipped Priority Mail only. Priority Mail is also available as Expedited Shipping within the 48 States.

International Shipping:

International orders are always shipped International Priority Mail. If you need an alternate shipping method, please contact us for further instructions.

International Customs and Fees:

The customer is responsible for all customs and fees associated with international shipments. These may be in addition to the cost of shipping charged by AshtarStore.com. As a business, we are obligated to declare all items as merchandise; we are not able to mark them as “gifts.” We ship Internationally using USPS Internatioanl Priority Mail.

Returns

There are no refunds however we make sure that you are happy with your decision to be attuned to any of our energy rays.  If there is any other problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can take care of it for you.

Alternative Payment Arrangements
